What is the RiMatrix Micro Data Center?
The RiMatrix Micro Data Center is a pre-engineered solution designed for standalone Edge Micro Data Center applications. It simplifies the specification process and is equipped with essential components such as cooling, power, monitoring, and fire suppression. This integrated enclosure is built to protect critical IT equipment from dust, water, fire, and intrusions, making it suitable for unconditioned spaces.
What cooling technology does the MDC Blue e+ use?
The MDC Blue e+ Large (5.8kW) utilizes a hybrid cooling technology that combines an active refrigerant cycle with speed-regulated components for demand-based cooling and an integral heat pipe for passive cooling. This design enhances energy efficiency and ensures effective temperature management for the enclosed IT equipment.
How does remote monitoring work?
The remote monitoring system allows for control and oversight of the Micro Data Center from locations with limited IT support infrastructure. It includes an IoT interface for monitoring various parameters, and alerts can be sent via SNMP and other protocols. This feature enhances safety and security by providing real-time updates on environmental conditions and system performance.
